Successful projects require a realistic plan and good housekeeping of that plan. This session will introduce the basics of a simple method to establish the goals of a project and structure a plan, with the project team fully involved. We use a real example to illustrate how to define the critical path to the outcome and how to understand if the plan is on track throughout the life of the project. We introduce some best practices from industry and discuss some case studies.
