Expert Seminars

As we work through major leadership and team development programmes with our clients we often get feedback that participants would love to experience more detailed learning on many of the areas we explore. The challenge here is often finding the time for this to happen.

To address this need OPTL has developed a series of Expert Seminars each led by a seasoned consultant. Each session is designed to be a short (2 hour) and sharp interactive overview of a topic. We build on the real life experiences of the team and aim to nurture future learning for the participants.  We also provide recommendations for follow on work.

As always we maintain a spirit of psychological safety throughout our seminars.​​​
